Pre-2011 arrears are less than $7,000. Thanks to all the residents who have kept their accounts in good standing. The annual $300 fee is a legal requirement. If you haven’t paid the 2011 fee, please do so as soon as possible to avoid legal fees and interest charges of 18% per year as set out in the Encumbrance. You may pay the annual fee by cheque or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express) through mail (Box 2478, 246 Stewart Green SW, Calgary, AB, T3H 3C8), e-mail (accounts@ndha.ca), or phone (403-237-9595 – option 2).
